- Washi with PBS 5min×3(to remove OCT compound)
- 5%Normal donkey serum in PBS 5-10min
- diluted primary antibody 37℃1hr
- Wash with PBS 5min×3
- 5%Normal donkey serum in PBS 5-10min
- diluted secondary antibody RT1hr
- Wash with PBS, 5min×3

A put a drop of mounting medium (or PBS) onto the section on slide and cover the section with a coverslip.
B seal the coverslip with nail polish 5%Normal donkey serum in PBS Normal donkey serum(CHEMICON S30-100ML) Aliquot and store at -20℃. Dilute with PBS to 5% on usage.
